PAMELA LEVIN, R.N., is an award winning
author, nutritional journalist and world renowned innovator in the fields of physical and emotional health.
She draws on over 40 years’ professional experience in her health consulting practice in Northern
California.
She is a graduate of the University Of Illinois, and studied Transactional Analysis
(TA) with its founder, Eric Berne. She was the first nurse to be awarded Clinical, then Teaching Membership in its
international organization. She has also completed over 400 post-graduate hours in advanced clinical nutrition,
herbology, physical and emotional healing and women’s health issues.
For her work on the cyclic process of emotional development, she received the Eric
Berne Memorial Scientific Award by the members of the International Transactional Analysis Association. This work
is the foundation for Jean Illsley Clarke's parent education system, Self-Esteem, a Family Affair and
Growing up Again; as well as John
Bradshaw's book and PBS series, Homecoming.
Her public speaking career includes both professional and lay audiences in ten
countries on four continents.She writes a local newspaper column on health and is the editor of a monthly
newsletter column that reaches people in 62 countries. Her articles and four books have been translated into 10
languages and have sold over 100,000 copies worldwide. Based on the processes of healing she found to work for
